Becoming the change
Educate, Engage, Empower
Mission
We train youth to become active citizens, responsible leaders and social entrepreneurs. We promote youth participation in decision making through advocacy and strengthening of youth networks.
Philosophy
3 Pillars - 3 Foundations - 3 Core Values
SEED for Myanmar has the three pillars of work: Pillar of Capacity Building, Pillar of Advocacy and Pillar of Fostering Collaboration. We mainstream forward thinking, social entrepreneurship and creating an enabling environment. Our 3 core values are co-creation, mutual respect and impact.
Theory of Change
If we build capacities of youth, create networks and advocate stakeholders, youth participation in decision making will be increased because youth will be willing and able to serve as change agents in an enabling environment.

We primarily work on the 4 targets of SDG 4.
4.4. Skills for decent work
4.5. Gender equality and equal access for all
4.6. Youth and adult literacy
4.7. Sustainable development and global citizenship
4.b. Scholarships for higher education
We endorse for 4 crosscutting SDGs in our work.
All SDGs are highly interconnected. That being said, we especially endorse the SDGs 8, 10, 12 and 16 in our works.
